  1. One-Time Purchase: Students can purchase courses, units, or chapters by paying a one-time fee. Access is valid for one year from the date of purchase or until the target exam for which the course is designed is conducted, whichever comes later.
  2. Currency: All prices are listed and payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
  3. Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the listed price at the time of checkout.
  4. Secure Payment Gateway: We utilize secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We do not directly store your credit card or payment information.
  5. Website Access Only: All purchased content is accessible exclusively through the doPhysics.in website. No content will be provided in hard copy, PDF, or any other downloadable format.
  6. Wallet System: Funds added to your doPhysics.in wallet are non-refundable to your bank account or as cash. Wallet funds can only be used to purchase courses and content on the doPhysics.in website.

3.2. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Policy: For purchased courses, units, or chapters, cancellations are permitted only within the first 24 hours of the purchase.
  2. Refunds to Wallet: If a cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, the refund will be credited to your doPhysics.in wallet only. No cash refunds or refunds to bank accounts will be issued.
  3. Cancellation Interval Limit: To prevent abuse of the cancellation policy, you cannot make two cancellation requests within a 4-day interval.
  4. Time-Based Cancellation Example:
    • If you cancel a course purchased on April 1st at 6:00 PM, and then purchase another course on April 4rd at 2:00 PM, the new course is eligible for cancellation only after 6:00 PM on April 4th and until 2:00 PM on April 5rd (within the 24-hour window from the *new* purchase time, and respecting the interval from the *previous* cancellation).
  5. Wallet Validity: Funds in your doPhysics.in wallet will remain valid as long as the doPhysics.in website remains operational.

You agree to use doPhysics.in in a responsible and respectful manner, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are expected to behave ethically and considerately towards the website, its content, and other users.
